Recovery for online shops

Turn missed checkouts and restocks into measurable sales.

CartSkein is being built to coordinate permitted checkout reminders and back-in-stock alerts, then show which follow-ups lead to verified orders.

AvailabilityNo supported shop connection is available yet. Monitoring, messages and recovered-sales reporting are not live.

Workflow concept, not a live dashboard. No shop events or order data are connected.

Two moments to recover

A checkout can wait. An item can return.

CartSkein is designed to bring both moments into one recovery workflow, with follow-ups sent only where permission allows.

01 / abandoned checkout

Give an unfinished basket another chance.

The planned service will identify abandoned checkouts and send an appropriate reminder when the shopper has permitted it.

02 / out-of-stock product

Bring interested shoppers back when stock returns.

The planned service will watch for a product coming back in stock and send a back-in-stock alert to customers who asked to hear about it.

Both workflows depend on a supported shop connection, which is not available yet.

Measured with care

No recovery figure without a paper trail.

Sales reporting is planned to tie a follow-up to verified shop and order data before calling an order recovered. That way, merchants can see what their messages actually achieved.

There are no recovered-sales figures to show until a supported connection and verified order data are available.
